What’s included
- Your digital menu, set up by you, on diners’ phones through a QR code. No app for diners to download.
- QR table cards for you to print.
- The live dashboard: which dishes diners look at, which they add to their list, which they look at but don’t add, and which dishes nobody adds to their list. It updates through service.
- Private ratings from diners after the meal, as weekly totals.
- Sold out and hidden switches for every dish, from your phone.
- Price and description changes whenever you like.
- Allergen sign-off for every dish, the “Avoid allergens” filter for diners, and “ask your server” on every dish.
- Photos your way: your own, a labelled example photo from our small library, or “No photo yet”.
Optional: we film your dishes
We can come and film your dishes for you. It isn’t part of the £29.99 plan, and the price depends on your menu. Ask us.
Questions about price
Is there a setup fee?
No. You set up your menu yourself, and there’s nothing to pay to get started.
How long do I have to stay, and how do I cancel?
There’s no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel any time, in the app or by email. If you cancel during the free trial or the 14 extra days after it, you pay nothing. Once you’ve paid, your menu stays live until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and no more payments are taken. We don’t refund the rest of that month, except in the cases the terms set out.
Does it cost more if I have more covers or more tables?
No. It’s £29.99 a month for your restaurant, however busy you are.
Do you add VAT?
No VAT is charged: we aren’t registered for VAT. If we register, we’ll email you at least 14 days before we first add VAT.
Will the price go up?
Your price stays the same for at least your first 12 monthly payments. After that, we can change it at most once in any 12 months. We email you at least 60 days before, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
What happens when the free trial ends?
We email you 7 days and 1 day before your trial ends. We never charge you during the trial. If you want to carry on, add payment details on your dashboard and your £29.99 a month starts then. If you don’t, your menu stays live for 14 more days, free, so you have time to decide; after that we may pause it, and we email you at least 2 days before. The terms have the details.
Do I have to pay for photos?
No. You can use your own photos, a labelled example photo, or none. Filming by us is an optional extra: ask us for a price.
